Location: On-site – Cicero, NY
Compensation: $20-$26/hour (negotiable) + benefits

Our client, a growing property management organization, is seeking a reliable and experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician to join their team. This is a hands-on role responsible for maintaining the overall condition of apartment units, common areas, and essential systems to ensure a safe and welcoming living environment for all residents.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform general maintenance and repair tasks, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance servicing

• Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance on building systems and equipment

• Respond to resident and management work orders in a timely and professional manner

• Support unit turnover efforts, including painting, cleaning, and basic repairs

• Maintain tools, equipment, and workspaces in clean and safe condition

• Partner with property management to ensure safety standards, compliance, and resident satisfaction

• Participate in the on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies

What You Bring:

• 2+ years of maintenance or related experience (apartment or property management experience preferred)

• Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry systems

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

• Ability to manage tasks independently and prioritize effectively

• Clear communication and excellent customer service skills

• Physically capable of lifting, climbing, and working in various environments

• Valid driver’s license required
