COMMERCIAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE- TITLE INSURANCE/ COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE
Location: Cleveland, Ohio

Our client, a leading financial services company and one of the nation’s premier providers of title insurance and real estate transaction services, is seeking a Commercial Sales Representative to join their Cleveland team. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven commercial real estate expert to grow market share and build meaningful client relationships in the Cleveland real estate market .
Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- 2+ years of substantive commercial real estate transactional or sales experience
- Strong knowledge of commercial real estate law , including federal and state title insurance regulations.
- Experience with sales database systems (Salesforce or similar) and social media as tools to manage and expand client relationships
Qualifications:
- High energy , persistence , and accountability for results
- PROFESSIONAL IN ALL ASPECTS ( APPEARANCE , DEMEANOR , PRESENTATION , ETC.)
- Familiarity with the title insurance industry strongly preferred
- Deep understanding of the sales cycle and a drive for achieving revenue targets
- Strong ability to adapt strategy to changing market conditions
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills with clients at all levels, in-person and virtually
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess complex real estate transactions
- Valid driver’s license required for territory travel
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a direct point of contact for clients regarding commercial real estate transactional matters
- Conduct market research to compile targeted lead lists and execute structured outreach plans
- Develop and maintain a commercial client base by identifying and securing new business, while strengthening existing client relationships
- Engage with law firm clients and real estate agents, brokers, and lenders through calls, in-person meetings, and virtual presentations
- Assess individual client needs and objectives to deliver compelling, tailored presentations
- Maintain strong visibility in the Cleveland commercial real estate market by attending networking events and industry functions

Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive Compensation:
- Annual base salary of $40,000-$60,000+ , as determined by job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and market factors
- Monthly commissions
