Professional adjunct - Corporate Compliance
The Compliance adjunct provides confidential administrative support to Department staff and supports Corporate Compliance audits, surveys, and incident management as directed.Pay Range: $17.00 - $20.67 hourly; located on education and practice.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
»Provides confidential administrative support to the Chief Corporate Compliance agent and Compliance Department staff.
»Documents the discussion and results at department meetings, Incident Review Committee, Agency Medication Error Committee, Compliance and Risk Committee, and with assisting the Chief Corporate Compliance agent with document preparation and distribution for certain Board Committees.
»Maintains department records (electronic and/or paper) related to audits and Plans of Correction, incident and results, agency medication errors, Compliance complaints, and all other areas as directed.
Qualifications
General Requirements:
»High School Diploma or Equivalent
»At least 1 year of practice in an office environment.
»Excellent Computer expertise Required
»Developing databases and graphs for data trending
»Presentations (PowerPoint, flowcharts, etc.)
»Office 365
» expertise of OPWDD and SED regulations is a plus.
