Forward Deployed Engineer - INTL India

Job Description

A large pharmaceutical company is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to join their team. This person is going to be responsible for building AI-powered workflows connecting strategy through execution. They will be hands on needing the ability to prototype and implement integrations using APIs, automation tools (n8n, Power platform) and AI Agents (CoPilot Studios, Claude etc.). This person will sit with the product teams, identify workflow friction and build solutions directly from prototype to MVP (Minimum Viable Product). This person will be handling enterprise scope across all business units. This is an onsite position in Chennai India working IST hours.

Skills and Requirements

• Proven product builder with experience delivering AI-enabled workflows or tools

• Hands-on experience with LLMs (e.g., Copilot, Claude, Gemini) in real-world applications

• Strong integration experience (APIs, automation platforms like Power Platform, n8n)

• Ability to take ambiguous problems and independently design + ship solutions

• Experience connecting AI/agent workflows into operational processes

• Strong communication-able to bridge technical and business stakeholders - Background in product management or digital transformation environments
