Who We Are

The Fedcap Group is a family of companies that provides programs and services that change the lives of people facing barriers to economic and social well-being. Fedcap was one of the first vocational rehabilitation programs for the physically disabled in the United States, and we have broadened our services to support many others who are marginalized. Founded in 1935 by three World War I veterans unable to find work because of their military service disabilities, Fedcap has become a vibrant organization with endless opportunities. Fedcap employees take pride in their work and enrich the lives of others. We are each a part of a team that makes a difference every day and provides the “Power of Possible.”

The Fedcap Group provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local laws.
