Compensation: $300,000 – $500,000 / Year + Bonus Potential

We are partnered with a premier Fertility & Gynecology practice located on in Midtown Manhattan, right off Madison Avenue, and our client does things differently. They are looking for a Board Certified Gynecologist who wants to maintain a high earning potential and sane work-life balance simultaneously. We are looking for an experienced provider who can hit the ground running but is looking for a long-term "home."

You will never need to go into the office or hospital during times that aren't your selected working schedule. It is an exceptionally light workload designed to let you enjoy off time.

4. The Support System: You won't be drowning in admin work. The robust team of 8 doctors and 5 midlevel providers (NPs/PAs) handle the bulk of the routine tasks, leaving you to focus on patient care and client service.

Day-to-Day

• Patient Volume: Manage a manageable flow of ~25 patients per day.
• Focus: Pure Gynecology and Fertility support. No obstetrical deliveries.
• Environment: A high-end, modern office in the heart of Midtown (near Grand Central), easily accessible for commuters.

Required Credentials:

• Licensure: M.D. or D.O. with Board Certification in Gynecology.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of post-residency experience required (5+ years preferred).
• Vibe: You are efficient, empathetic, and looking for a collaborative private practice environment rather than a corporate hospital system.
