Baristas
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and espresso beverages
- Create a welcoming, upbeat, and memorable experience for every guest
- Educate customers on our menu and coffee offerings
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the caf
- Support opening, mid, and closing responsibilities
- Operate POS and handle transactions accurately
- Work as part of a team that values speed, hospitality, and consistency
- Help create a store environment that feels positive, connected, and full of energy

Preferred Experience:
- Previous barista, caf, restaurant, retail, or hospitality experience preferred
- Experience working with espresso machines is a plus, but not required
- Strong communication skills
- Weekend and flexible availability highly preferred
