Responsibilities
- Engage with Danish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat, providing them with top-notch support.
- Deliver detailed information about our products and services in a friendly and approachable manner.
- Resolve customer concerns and inquiries thoughtfully and promptly, making every interaction a positive one.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions to help improve our service.
- Collaborate with your teammates to create a delightful customer experience.
- Stay informed about company offerings and policies to provide knowledgeable assistance.
- Collect customer feedback and share ideas for service improvements with the team.
- Fluency in Danish and English, both spoken and written.
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus, but a friendly attitude is what we value most!
- Excellent communication skills with a warm and approachable manner.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a genuine desire to help others.
- Familiarity with customer service software is helpful but not mandatory.
