Innovated Early Childhood Daycare/Preschool is currently accepting applications for monolingual and bilingual (English/Spanish) Office Assistants.

Applicants should be nurturing, enthusiastic, creative, patient and understanding of the needs and developmental stages of children.

We are seeking experienced office professionals with positive energy. Must be flexible with availability anywhere from 1:30 pm to 6:00 pm

Assistant Responsibilities:

• Candidate must have the ability to multitask and manage priorities since this is a fast paced environment. We are looking for a reliable individual who is computer literate, has strong communication & problem solving skills and is a team player. You will be monitoring, phone calls /correspondence and data entry, scanning/filing projects on a daily basis.

Qualifications Office Assistant Position:

• Associates Degree (preferred)
• Medical office experience a plus
• Experience working in a special education program a plus
• Bilingual Spanish
• Computer and Phone Skills required for Office Assistant
• Mandated Reporter
• SIDS, Shaken Baby, Infection Disease
• CPR First Aide Certified
• Fingerprints by DOE and DOH
• Clearance from Office of Family and Children Services, etc.
