We are looking for enthusiastic and skilled 2nd shift Machine Operators to become part of our dynamic workforce! In this role, you will play a vital part in our manufacturing process by ensuring that our machinery operates smoothly and efficiently. Your dedication will contribute directly to the quality of our products!
Your Shift:
2nd Shift: 3PM - 11:15 PM M-F ($18.00 per hour includes $1.00 shift differential)
What You Will Do:
- Set up and operate machinery to manufacture high-quality components.
- Perform inspections and measurements on your output to ensure precision (tools like calipers and micrometers will be your best friends!).
- Thrive in a collaborative team environment, engaging fully during shift changes.
- Read and interpret blueprints and documentation with confidence.
- Maintain your machines and workspace to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Embrace any additional duties that help the team excel!
Requirements

- The ability to understand blueprints or drawings.
- Excellent communication skills to read, write, and follow instructions.
- Willingness to work independently and take initiative with minimal supervision.
