About You

You bring 3 to 5 years of litigation experience and a consistent ability to stay organized, accurate, and proactive. You support attorneys with dependable follow-through, manage details with care, and maintain a clear and structured approach to your work. You communicate professionally, adapt when priorities shift, and contribute positively to a team environment. You take pride in delivering high quality support and working collaboratively toward shared goals.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with attorneys on litigation matters
• Perform legal research and gather supporting information
• Prepare court forms and ensure they are complete and compliant
• Assist with court ordered accountings and related documentation
• Prepare litigation binders and organize case materials systematically
• Maintain and manage the litigation calendar with attention to every detail
• Draft, proofread, and format litigation documents to firm standards
• Coordinate client communications and collect required information
• Support attorneys in preparing for hearings, depositions, and deadlines
• Ensure all filings and submissions meet court rules and timelines

• A starting salary of $80,000 is offered, with additional consideration given to candidates with deeper litigation experience or advanced technical skills
