Cellular Sales and Customer Service Associate

Our company is seeking to bring on a Cellular Sales and Customer Service Associate who will be responsible for educating customers on cellular services, presenting new products, and setting up devices. The Cellular Sales and Customer Service Associate will work with AT&T’s wireless services to expand the carrier's brand and increase customer acquisition.

The Cellular Sales and Customer Service Associate will be provided with training in this role to become an expert in sales and product knowledge. Cellular Sales And Customer Service Associate Day-to-Day:
- Drive residential customer engagement and brand loyalty through dynamic customer engagement and sales interactions
- Execute strategic sales to achieve and exceed outreach and sales metrics
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of AT&T products and services to effectively communicate value propositions
- Identify customer needs and tailor solutions by actively listening to their needs, questions, and requests
- Work with customers directly to manage their accounts, set up devices, and be a part of their full cellular sales cycle
- Collaborate with Cellular Sales and Customer Service Associate team members to share best practices and contribute to a high-performance sales culture
- Actively participate in training and development opportunities to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
Cellular Sales And Customer Service Associate Qualifications:
- Interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse customers.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced sales and customer service environment.
- A results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales goals.
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation abilities
- Prior experience in sales, retail, hospitality, or similar customer-facing roles

- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service best practices.
