Our IoT-powered, in-building smart units provide on-demand access to everything from vacuums and projectors to e-scooters, VR headsets, and everyday essentials — complemented by usage-based data and AI-driven insights that personalize experiences.

Backed by $40M+ in funding, we are a post-Series A global company operating in 55+ cities across North America and Europe. We partner with the world’s largest landlords and brands, serving 200,000+ households — and every 15 seconds, someone around the globe is using TULU .

TULU Is Not For Everyone

We’re looking for people with a strong sense of agency—overachievers who want to achieve great things in life. Those who thrive on big challenges, hard work, bold responsibilities, and purpose-driven teamwork. People who see failure not as an end, but as a step toward learning and growth.

If that’s the kind of environment you’re looking for, applying to TULU could be the best first step in your journey.

About the Role

We are building a state-of-the-art finance organization for a complex and exciting business model. As CFO, you will own everything finance at TULU — from strategic company decisions, budgets and financial projections to unit economics, profitability, consolidated financial statements and financing solutions.

You will manage multiple entities across the US, Europe, and Israel, coordinate with external service providers, and play a key role in strategic initiatives. You will work closely with the CEO, help design and join board meetings, and have the opportunity to lead a B2B2C business with multiple customers, hardware financing solutions, subscription-based consumer models, global operations, and complex tax considerations — making a direct impact on our rapid global expansion.

Responsibilities

  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management
  • Oversee per-building unit economics and profitability
  • Develop and maintain tracking tools for revenue performance and operational efficiency KPIs
  • Manage all financial reporting, month-end close, and compliance
  • Supervise billing, collections, revenue recognition, and legal finance matters
  • Partner with auditors, tax advisors, and external service providers
  • Own ESOP and equity management
  • Lead and grow the finance team as the company scales
  • Drive projects, implement systems, and optimize processes
  • Serve as a strategic partner to leadership, providing insights and financial guidance to shape company strategy

About You

You are a hungry, experienced, and tech-savvy finance leader — creative, resourceful, and a true hustler at heart. You take strong ownership of your work and are determined to get things done. You are passionate about building, executing, and scaling innovative businesses that have a real impact on how people live.

You have led financial departments before and are now looking for your next big challenge: building and owning a world-class finance organization in a fast-growing, complex, and global company.

  • Strong analytical, communication, and strategic thinking skills
  • Positive, hands‑on, proactive approach to problem‑solving
  • Inventory management tools and processes background (bonus)
  • Experience managing outsourced services globally (bonus)
  • Background in the retail space and/or consumer goods (bonus)
