A rapidly growing long-term care organization is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our team at a nursing home in the Bronx, NY . This role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact on residents’ lives while collaborating with a mission-driven healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive primary care services including new admissions, routine follow-ups, and ongoing medical management
- Partner with an interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care
Qualifications:
- Active New York State Nurse Practitioner license
- Minimum of 6 months of NP experience
- Previous experience in nursing home or long-term care settings highly preferred
- Spanish-speaking candidates encouraged to apply
Schedule:
- Full-time, Monday–Friday
- Choose between 9:00 AM–5:00 PM or 3:00 PM–11:00 PM shifts
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive salary: $140,000–$155,000 annually
