Description We are looking for experienced and motivated business-oriented product leader who possesses a unique balance of business knowledge, effective interpersonal skills, and marketing experience. This role will work closely with the Fashion and Fitness business development team to scope the necessary requirements to build customer experiences which enable continued selection growth. Key job responsibilities The Successful Candidate Will- Be an excellent writer and regularly communicate with VP and S-Team leadership
- Be comfortable in ambiguity and willing to test and learn
- Influence others without authority to gain buy-in for your deliverables
- Be able to seamlessly balance intricate product details while maintaining a larger product vision which fits into the F2 strategy.
- Work with tech teams to scope out product requirements and build roadmaps which deliver a minimal lovable product with a bias for action
- Possess a deep understanding of customer behavior
- Build go-to-market strategies which enable your product to succeed at scale
- Be obsessed with learning and become an expert in the problem statement you are trying to solve
- 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience as a product manager or owner
- Experience owning technology products
- Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders

The base pay for this position ranges from $124,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
