Human Resources Assistant Responsibilities

• Provide administrative assistance to the HR director, including scheduling appointments, orientation processing, confidential correspondence, and maintaining personnel files.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, reports, and databases, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
• Coordinate meetings, and employee engagement events as needed
• Perform data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks to support our operations
