• Manage Audience Dept for show
• Oversee team of audience staff/pages and their day to day tasks
• Book and manage all ticketing for show, including VIP and charity ticket lists
• Brief, check-in and manage all audience members and the audience load process
• Seat audience
• Show liaison to general public regarding attendance, show calendar and general inquiries
• Works with Show Security to anticipate and maintain audience conduct and safety
• Coordinates audience giveaways with show producers
• Other ad-hoc duties as outlined by Manager

• Bachelors degree required
• 1+ years television or special event work experience required.
• Experience working with the public is required.
• Must be proficient on Mac.
• Demonstrate computer knowledge (Excel, Word, Google Suite)

Eligibility Requirements:

• You must submit to a background investigation as part of the selection process.
• Must have ability to work flexible hours due to the production schedule of the show, including
• weekends and evenings when necessary.
• References from previous employers required.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment, multi-task and be agreeable to changes

• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Knowledge and interest in pop-culture is a plus

Additional Requirements:

• Required On-Site: This position is required to be performed full-time from an NBCUniversal-designated worksite.

• Hourly salary range: $17.50 - $20.00
• This position is paid a weekly rate based on a typical work schedule of 60 hrs/wk. Hours over 40 hrs/wk will be paid at an overtime rate. In the event that you work more than the anticipated 60 hrs/wk, you will be paid additional overtime compensation as required by law.
