Akkodis is seeking a Business Analyst for a contract with a client in Syracuse, NY (Hybrid). The candidate will support digital product delivery and reporting for capital project management through data analysis and stakeholder coordination.

Rate Range: $45/hour to 50/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Business Analyst job responsibilities include:

• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.

• Translate business needs into functional specifications for technical teams and product development.

• Develop and maintain documentation including process flows, use cases, and user stories.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions align with business goals.

• Perform data analysis and reporting to support decision-making and identify improvement opportunities.

• Support testing and validation of solutions to ensure they meet business requirements and quality standards.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, or a related field.

• 2–4 years of experience in business analysis or a related role.

• Proficiency in data visualization tools such as PowerBI or Tableau.

• Strong understanding of project planning and schedule management using tools like MS Project.

Pay Details: $45.00 to $50.00 per hour
