I am a business owner seeking a dependable and customer-focused **Customer Service Support Representative** to assist with daily customer communications and support tasks.
This is a **remote position** and I am looking to work **directly with one individual** on a long-term basis. The role is ideal for someone who is organized, professional, and comfortable communicating with customers through written and verbal channels.
### **Responsibilities**
* Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and/or messaging platforms
* Provide accurate information and resolve basic customer issues
* Maintain a professional and friendly tone in all communications
* Update customer records and document interactions
* Escalate issues when necessary and follow up to ensure resolution
* Assist with other customer-related tasks as needed
### **Requirements**
* Must be **based in the United States**
* Strong written and verbal English communication skills
* Reliable internet connection and personal computer
* Detail-oriented with good time management skills
* Prior customer service experience is a plus, but not required
