Senior Fullstack Engineer

What will you be doing?

• Writing code for the backend infrastructure in NodeJS

• Integrating with databases such as PostgreSQL & Aerospike

• Creating REST APIs

• Working closely with the Data Science team

• Working with the Project Manager and front end mobile development team to understand the flow and requirements.

• Play the role of front end web developer to create web apps in ReactJS, NextJs and VueJS and eventually transition as a Fullstack Engineer.

• Integrate with 3rd party node packages such as socket.io, dd-trace, aerospike, sequelize, sharp, winston to name a few.

What are we looking for?

• Must have at least 5 to 7 years experience working on back-end technologies

• Must have at least 3 years experience working with NodeJs

• Thorough understanding of NodeJS i.e. asynchronous communication along with promises and callbacks.

• Should have experience creating REST APIs and socket.io in NodeJS.

• Experience with logger implementation using tools like datadog.

• Person should be aware sequelize express experience

• Should have extensive experience working with SQL databases.

• Experience working with PostgreSQL will be preferred.

• Should have a clear understanding of any NoSQL database.

• Should have exposure to audio video content based applications

• At least 1 years of experience working with ReactJs

• Flexible to work with other frontend javascript frameworks such as ReactJS, NextJS and VueJS.

• Should have a strong understanding of git commands

Good to have

• Specific understanding of the AWS ecosystem in Lambda, AuroraDB, Media server CDN

• Experience scaling NodeJs PM2 to 10,000 QPS.

• Experience working with VueJs is an advantage

• Should have a good understanding of design and flow

• Prior experience in Aerospike, PostgreSQL, Python Flask, Microservices architecture.
