Job Title: CT Tech
Location: New York, NY 10034
Schedule: Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 16:00)
Duration: 8 weeks
- $2,600 weekly Local Candidate maximum
- $3,400 weekly Traveler Candidate maximum
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform CT scans for inpatient, outpatient, and Emergency Department patients
- Operate CT imaging equipment including GE, Philips, Siemens, and Toshiba systems
- Prepare and position patients for CT procedures
- Administer contrast media safely and monitor patients for reactions
- Start peripheral IVs for contrast administration
License Requirement:
- BLS AHA.
- NYS license in Radiography & certified by New York State to inject contrast media (required).
- American Registry of Radiologic Technologists certification in Radiography & Computed Tomography
Education:
- Graduate of an accredited Radiography program.
