Gutter Maintenance and Cleaning technician

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Gutter Maintenance & Cleaning Technician. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting, repairing, and maintaining gutters to ensure they function properly and efficiently. Additionally, you will be tasked with cleaning gutters to prevent clogs and water damage. The ideal candidate will preferably but not required, have experience in gutter repair and maintenance, possess excellent problem-solving skills, and demonstrate a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities:
Perform inspections of gutters to identify any damages, leaks, or areas in need of repair.
Repair damaged or leaking gutters by replacing sections, resealing joints, and realigning gutters as necessary.
Clean gutters by removing leaves, sticks, and other debris using appropriate tools and equipment.
Ensure downspouts are clear and functioning properly to divert water away from the building.
Document work performed, including repairs made and materials used.
Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
Communicate effectively with team members and customers regarding job status and recommendations for gutter maintenance.
Provide exceptional customer service and address any concerns or questions from clients professionally and courteously.

Requirements:
Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Physical stamina and ability to work at heights.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Compensation: $22.00 per hour
