Responsibilities:

• Efficiently perform work specified on the repair order in accordance with dealership quality standards.
• Utilize up-to-date diagnostic tools and special service equipment to test-drive vehicles and components.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems.
• Conduct thorough multi-point vehicle inspections and offer recommendations on additional maintenance or repairs.
• Complete warranty repairs following manufacturer policies and procedures.
• Interact with the Service Advisor and/or Service Manager.
• Achieve & Maintain GM Technician Training Master Certification(s).

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in Auto Repair is essential.
• GM experience is advantageous, but not required.
• Completion of a Certified Auto Tech training program is a bonus.
• ASE certifications are beneficial.
• NYS Motor Vehicle Inspectors License is required.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to quality are necessary.
• Reliable transportation to work is a must.
• Ability to work effectively in a customer-focused team.
• Willingness to undergo a drug screen & background check.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record are essential.
