WFH Leisure Travel Coordinator
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented WFH Leisure Travel Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you will assist clients in planning relaxing vacations, weekend getaways, cruises, resort stays, and other leisure travel experiences. You’ll research destinations, prepare travel options, and organize itineraries to help ensure each trip is smooth, enjoyable, and tailored to the client’s preferences. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, communication, and helping others create memorable travel experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and recommend leisure travel options including hotels, resorts, cruises, and activities
- Prepare and organize travel quotes, proposals, and itinerary details
- Communicate with clients to gather travel preferences and answer general inquiries
- Coordinate with travel suppliers and vendors to confirm reservations and arrangements
- Maintain accurate client records and booking information
- Provide professional and timely service to ensure client satisfaction throughout the planning process
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with basic computer skills (email, web browsing, Microsoft Office or Google Workspace)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines independently
- Reliable internet connection and a distraction-free remote workspace
- Previous customer service, hospitality, or administrative experience is a plus but not required
