Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Supporting Organizer to assist in the execution and maintenance of organizational projects. This role supports lead organizers in delivering exceptional client experiences, ensuring spaces are both functional and visually cohesive.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist lead organizers in decluttering, sorting, and curating client spaces.
• Prepare and set up materials, bins, and organizing systems prior to project start.
• Support installation of closet, pantry, and home organization systems.
• Help maintain inventory of organizing supplies and materials.
• Ensure client spaces are left clean, functional, and aesthetically pleasing.
• Collaborate with team members to follow project timelines and standards.

Qualifications:

• Passion for organizing, home design, and creating functional spaces.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physical stamina to lift, move, and organize household items as needed.
• Previous experience in organizing, interior design, or related fields is a plus.
• Comfort with using organizing tools, bins, labels, and home systems.

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
