Bartender

As a Bartender, you’ll craft high-quality cocktails, provide warm and attentive service, and help create a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere at the bar. You’ll work closely with the front-of-house team to ensure every guest feels seen, heard, and cared for.

As a Bartender at ilili, you are an ambassador of hospitality who is passionate about serving others and making people feel genuinely welcomed while maintaining the highest standards of operation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mixing, garnishing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company specifications for guests at the bar and in the restaurant.
• Keeping the bar stocked and clean while always providing a welcoming and attentive service.
• Adhering to company standards for serving alcoholic beverages
• Accurately accounting for cash/credit card vouchers
• Upholding service standards to ensure a memorable guest experience.
• Maintaining and upholding our company's vision and values
• Demonstrating a passion for details and a willingness to learn
• Taking part in pre-service duties and applicable closing duties
• Participating in service/culinary education sessions
• Maintaining a safe, sanitary, and organized work environment

Ideal Experience:

• Two years of dining room experience in a high volume, upscale restaurant.
• Strong beverage knowledge and beverage preferred but not required.
