Location: Must be Based in New York or Arizona
Salary:100-115K

We are looking for a Senior Paid Media Manager to support the day-to-day management and growth of a portfolio of US paid media clients. This role will work closely with UK-based Account Managers and Department Leads to develop strategy, planning, and high-performing campaigns across Search, Social, and Programmatic.

The role will also play an important part in growing the company's US presence, supporting new business, partnerships, recruitment, and team development.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the local paid media representative for US clients, managing relationships, meetings, and day-to-day communication.

• Develop and execute paid media strategies alongside UK-based teams.

• Respond to client briefs and contribute to planning and campaign development.

• Use market knowledge and industry insights to shape US-specific media strategies.

• Collaborate with creative and content teams to optimize campaign performance.

• Evaluate platforms, tools, partners, and technologies to improve campaign effectiveness.

• Support US new business opportunities, including calls, briefs, pitches, and presentations.

• Contribute to recruitment, training, marketing materials, case studies, and partner relationships.

• Help build and develop the US team, with future responsibility for managing junior staff.

Experience & Skills

• 4+ years of paid search/PPC experience , with at least 60% of your experience focused on paid search.

• Experience managing client accounts with $100K+ monthly media budgets .

• Proven success against performance metrics such as CPA, ROI, ROAS, sales, and revenue.

• Experience with bid management platforms and analytics tools.

• Experience across additional paid media channels such as Social and Programmatic is a plus.

• Strong understanding of the broader digital marketing landscape, including SEO.

• Strong analytical and numerical skills, with advanced Excel capabilities.

• Google Ads Scripts or Java experience is a plus.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment.

• Additional language skills are a plus.
