Create and analyze financial models, organize and prepare client presentations, help manage transaction processes, and assist in structuring transactions primarily for companies in the Industrials sector.

Develop financial models, perform customized company valuation analysis, and are actively involved in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions and fixed income and equity issuances.

Requires: Master’s degree (U.S.

or foreign equivalent) or Bachelor’s degree (U.S.

or foreign equivalent) in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Management Science, or related field and one (1) year of experience (with a Master’s) or three (3) years of experience (with a Bachelor’s) in the job offered or in a related role.

Prior employment must include one (1) year of experience (with a Master’s) or three (3) years of experience (with a Bachelor’s) with: serving as a member of multiple client engagement teams, participating in due diligence, and structuring engagements related to transactions for private equity and strategic corporate clients; performing due diligence projects to provide a thorough review of tax returns, legal documents, and financial statements needed to evaluate and calculate potential exposures; identifying and analyzing tax risks and opportunities while advising on alternative tax strategies for acquisition, disposition, and restructuring of businesses; providing financial accounting, tax planning, and advisory services to clients, including implementing accounting standards, finance function transformation, annual reporting, and due diligence; and assisting clients in inbound and outbound transaction consulting, including international tax research, planning, compliance, tax due diligence, deal structuring, and post-acquisition planning.

Salary Range: The expected annual base salary for this New York, New York-based position is $175,000
- $203,000.
