The duties that the incumbent of the vacancy will be expected to perform. Duties Description Working within the Claims Systems and Services Unit, the selected candidate will work on the CMS Centralization initiative, process medical bills, and work in a supportive role for several other initiatives including: • Medical bill repricing • eClaims • Diagnostic testing networks • Pharmacy benefits management • Direct deposit.

The minimum qualifications required for this vacancy. Minimum Qualifications • One year of permanent, competitive class service in a title eligible for transfer under Section 70.1 of Civil Service Law. Eligible titles include, but are not limited to: Administrative Assistant 1, Program Aide, Payroll Examiner 1; OR• Four years of customer service experience requiring independence in both verbal and written communication responsibilities; OR • An associate’s degree or higher and two years of customer service experience that required independence in both verbal and written communication responsibilities.
