Schedule: Sunday to Thursday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay Rate: $19/hour
Job Description:
Murray’s Cheese is seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Line Cook to join their kitchen team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with fresh ingredients, takes pride in crafting quality dishes, and thrives in a fast-paced kitchen. You’ll be responsible for preparing food items according to company standards and ensuring every dish meets quality and safety expectations.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook menu items with consistency and accuracy
Maintain a clean and organized workstation while following food safety standards
Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service
Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications
Assist with kitchen prep and other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
1+ year of experience as a line cook or in a professional kitchen setting preferred
Knowledge of food safety and kitchen sanitation practices
Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
Punctual, dependable, and a team player
