Associate Customer Success Manager

Come join the Zefr team! We are hiring an Associate Customer Success Manager to assist our CSM team who oversees the working relationships with Zefr clients across our measurement and targeting products. This person will learn Zefr products from the ground up while working with the biggest and best companies in the business, guiding them in effectively utilizing Zefr technology and demonstrating Zefr’s considerable value.
What you’ll get to do:
Work and learn alongside the Customer Success team, assisting CSMs with their day to day tasks.
Become a Zefr product expert, understanding the unique value each product delivers to every client type.
Assist clients with the implementation and integration of our products which may include training, troubleshooting and proactive follow up.
Work closely with CSMs to field incoming requests from customers and resolve issues/questions regarding implementation, Zefr capabilities, data & invoicing.
Update and maintain operational systems and our CRM with accurate information.
Be the liaison between the CSM team and our Accounts Receivables & Sales Ops teams, ensuring that our customers have a smooth and delightful experience from onboarding through invoicing.
Pull and analyze data, using Zefr internal tools, to create valuable customer insights.
Work closely with Zefr’s product team, relaying customer feedback and helping to improve our product suite.
What we’re looking for:
Preferred Experience: 1-2 years of agency or advertising operations experience.
Experience with measurement or brand safety platforms is a plus.
Ability to learn new systems, technologies and concepts quickly.
A highly proactive, resourceful and motivated self-starter who takes the initiative to get things done.
Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to adjust communication styles at all organization levels both internally as well as with clients in different regions.
Strong organizational skills, with ability to effectively prioritize multiple tasks to meet deliverable deadlines.
Strong analytical skills, including high level of comfort with Excel (experience with other analytics tools a plus), and comfort working on data-driven initiatives.
Can work independently with time management skills that are both strong and flexible, to successfully support clients in-market, as well as internationally.

Compensation (for US based employees):
The anticipated base salary for this position is between $75,000-85,000 with an additional bonus. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors such as job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. If your compensation expectations fall outside of this range, it may still be worth having a conversation.
