Nourish is on a mission to improve people’s health by making it easy to eat well. More than half of Americans have a chronic condition related to what they eat, and poor nutrition is the number one driver of preventable death.

Nourish is addressing this healthcare crisis by helping people eat better, more easily, with our food as medicine platform. We connect people with a telehealth Registered Dietitian, food, and mobile app to improve their nutrition, all covered by health insurance. The Nourish mobile app provides a comprehensive approach to wellness through personalized visits with Registered Dietitians, medically-tailored meal delivery, health progress tracking, personalized content, meal logging, recipes / meal planning, AI chat, and more.

We launched three years ago and already have thousands of dietitians and hundreds of thousands of patients on the platform. Our patients span a wide range of nutrition-related conditions including diabetes, eating disorders, kidney disease, GI conditions, cancer, obesity / weight management, cardiovascular disease, and more. We are live in all 50 states.

We are growing quickly, have partnered with national health insurance companies and provider groups, and have raised over $44M from top-tier VCs including Index Ventures, Thrive Capital, Maverick Ventures, Y Combinator, and Box Group, amongst others. Our angel investors include world-class healthcare founders from Oscar, Rightway Health, Headway, Spring Health, and Alto Pharmacy, as well as soccer star Alex Morgan and the founders from Olipop and Notion.

About the Roles

Reporting to our founding product manager and as a foundational member of Nourish’s product team, you’ll have the opportunity to build the platform that powers our core clinical experience. You’ll lead high-impact initiatives that make Nourish the best place for registered dietitians to practice - improving provider efficiency, satisfaction, and retention, while driving meaningful patient outcomes.

This role is full-time and open to NYC-based candidates only (expectation to work in-person 3-4 days per week, with remote flexibility). Our office is in the heart of Union Square.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end provider product roadmap - prioritizing, planning, and executing features that improve dietitian workflows, patient outcomes, and retention


• Deeply understand the needs of dietitians and partner closely with clinical, engineering, and design teams to build best-in-class provider experiences


• Conduct user research and regularly meet with dietitians to uncover pain points, validate concepts, and ensure we’re solving the most important problems


• Support high-priority clinical initiatives and unblock operational challenges through product improvements


• Build tools that help our dietitians collect better patient outcomes data and deliver more personalized care


• Analyze provider behavior and outcomes data to uncover insights and inform the roadmap


• Champion a culture of rapid iteration, measurement, and continuous improvement

We'd love to hear from you if:

• You have 5+ years of work experience.


• You have 3+ years of experience as a product manager.


• You’re a builder. You love building and shipping new features and can take a project from 0 to 1, and then iterate to continuously improve.


• You are analytical and data-oriented . You’re comfortable diving into data, defining metrics, and running A/B tests.


• You’re obsessed with your customers and craft. You care deeply about understanding our users and building a truly delightful and impactful experience for them.


• You have a strong opinion on how to build high-quality products.
