Ciminelli Real Estate Corporation is hiring a reliable, and skilled Mobile Maintenance Technician to join our professional, hardworking team of maintenance technicians. This role directly impacts the quality of the properties we manage.

What we ask of you:
- Building Operations: Ensure a thorough understanding of all assigned properties, including building operations, preventative maintenance schedules, energy management systems, and equipment status. Maintain each property's professional appearance in all areas.
- Building Maintenance: Maintain the operation of building equipment within design capabilities to achieve proper environmental conditions, optimize performance, and minimize operating costs. Adhere to the preventive maintenance schedule. Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair all electrical and plumbing systems, basic HVAC equipment issues, and perform basic carpentry and mechanical repairs.
- Work Order Management: Manage work and provide status updates through the computerized work order system. Collaborate with the Property Manager and/or Supervisor to resolve problems delaying the completion of work orders.
- Time Management, Communication & Professionalism: Efficiently manage time and always maintain a professional demeanor. Exhibit good written communication through emails and work order system notes, and strong verbal communication skills.
- On-Call Rotation: Be available for on-call rotation based on business needs.
Desired experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent,
- Experience in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or carpentry,
- Proficiency in using a variety of tools and equipment safely and effectively.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in operating a mobile device to access work orders and time clock.
- Frequent travel, required
- Driver's License and auto insurance, required

Compensation:
- Sign On Bonus: $1,000 at time of hire, with an additional $1,000 after six months.
- The anticipated base rate of pay for this position is $19 - $29 per hour
- Base rate of pay is determined by a number of critical factors, including but not limited to: required experience, skill set needed, and financial and people management scope.
