Sandwich & Salad Maker

As the sandwich and salad maker at Eclair Bakery you will be in charge of preparing the ingredients, preparing the sandwiches and salads and staying on top of inventory so we never run out. This is a very independent role as you will be working primarily by yourself at your station but with lots of support from our front of house supervisor and our kitchen manager. You will also be responsible for making any catering orders that include sandwiches , salads or fruit platters.

• Must have at least 2-3 years experience in a similar role as a sandwich /salad maker or breakfast/lunch cook.
• Must have schedule flexibility to accommodate changes depending on the needs of the business.
• Must be able to work independently and efficiently.

• Pay: $23.00/25.00 per hour depending on experience.
• Expected hours: 40-45 hours per week

• prepping all the ingredients for sandwiches and salads. Making the daily quota of sandwiches and salads as assigned by your manager and prepping for the following day to ensure smooth operations the next day.
• Ensures portion and quality control
• Fulfills catering orders as needed
• taking daily inventory and making sure your order is in everyday in a timely manner.
• Maintains visually clean, stocked and sanitary work station and storage area at all times
• Provides excellent hospitality to the team and understands that we are all here to work towards the same goal of serving our guests.
• Ability to take feedback from the team and managers as well as able to give feedback in a constructive manner.
• Attention to detail and follow recipes accurately.
• Stocks and maintains sandwiches and salads throughout the shift according to the manager's request.
