Position Overview: Director, 360 Marketing
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director, 360 Marketing to lead the development and execution of integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive brand growth, consumer engagement, and product awareness across all touchpoints. As the Director of 360 Marketing, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end process of large-scale marketing initiatives, including strategy development, cross-functional collaboration, and performance measurement. You will lead a talented team and work closely with senior leadership to ensure alignment with overall business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the beauty industry, a deep understanding of consumer behavior, and the ability to create innovative campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Leadership & Campaign Development:

Lead the development of 360° marketing strategies that incorporate brand, digital, retail, influencer, PR, experiential, and social media marketing to drive product launches, seasonal initiatives, and long-term brand goals.

Oversee the creation of integrated marketing campaigns that reflect the brand's core values and engage consumers at every stage of their journey.

Ensure campaigns are innovative, on-brand, and rooted in consumer insights and data.

Drive the development of creative briefs, ensuring alignment between brand goals, consumer trends, and market opportunities.
2. Cross-Functional Team Leadership:

Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and fostering a collaborative, results-driven environment.

Work closely with key stakeholders in brand marketing, digital, sales, PR, influencer marketing, and retail to ensure seamless execution of campaigns across all channels.

Serve as the key point of contact for senior leadership, presenting strategies, campaign performance, and marketing initiatives to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.

Coordinate with product teams to align marketing campaigns with product innovation, launches, and lifecycle management.
3. Integrated Campaign Execution & Oversight:

Oversee the execution of integrated campaigns, from conceptualization to implementation, ensuring all aspects of the marketing mix (creative, digital, PR, retail, etc.) are cohesive and support campaign goals.

Manage the creative development process, working closely with internal and external creative teams to ensure high-quality deliverables that meet brand standards.

Partner with media and digital teams to ensure optimized media planning, buying, and distribution, driving maximum reach and impact.

Ensure campaigns are executed on time and within budget, optimizing resources to deliver the best ROI.

4. Brand Alignment & Innovation:

Ensure all marketing initiatives align with the brand's positioning, voice, and values, while also staying ahead of trends and emerging opportunities within the beauty industry.

Champion innovative thinking within the marketing team, bringing new ideas to the table that push boundaries and elevate the brand in a competitive marketplace.

Lead the development of strategies for new product introductions, seasonal promotions, and key brand activations that drive consumer interest and conversion.
5. Data-Driven Performance Tracking & Reporting:

Oversee the tracking, measurement, and analysis of campaign performance across multiple channels, ensuring alignment with KPIs such as sales, ROI, brand awareness, and consumer engagement.

Use data and consumer insights to assess the effectiveness of marketing efforts and adjust strategies as needed to improve results.

Present regular performance reports to senior leadership, offering insights and recommendations for future marketing strategies and campaigns.
6. Budget Management & Resource Allocation:

Manage the marketing budget for 360° campaigns, ensuring effective allocation of resources across various initiatives.

Track and report on spending, ensuring that campaigns are delivered within budget while achieving maximum impact and efficiency.

Collaborate with finance and other internal teams to ensure financial targets and expectations are met.
Qualifications
-
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field; MBA preferred.

Experience:
-
10+ years of experience in integrated marketing, with a proven track record of leading successful 360° campaigns, preferably within the beauty, fashion, or consumer goods industries.

Extensive experience in leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with senior leadership to develop and execute brand strategies.

Strong knowledge of all aspects of marketing (brand, digital, PR, retail, influencer, experiential, etc.) and how to integrate them effectively in a holistic 360° approach.

Proven ability to manage multi-million-dollar marketing budgets and deliver results on time and within budget.

Experience with product launches, seasonal campaigns, and new market entry strategies.
