Solar Procurement Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled Solar Installation Supervisor to lead our clients field crews in the installation of solar systems for both residential and commercial projects.
This critical role involves ensuring the safe, efficient, and high-quality completion of installations while maintaining strict adherence to industry standards and safety codes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise solar installation crews on various projects, ensuring adherence to safety standards and quality expectations.
- Coordinate daily tasks, manage materials and equipment, and oversee jobsite logistics.
- Provide training, mentorship, and support to installers on correct techniques and safety procedures.
- Maintain clear communication with project managers regarding timelines, progress, and job site requirements.
- Conduct thorough site inspections, address installation challenges, and implement corrective measures as needed.
- Ensure all work complies with NEC codes and safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including jobsite reports and installation record
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in solar installation or a related field such as electrical or construction work.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with prior experience in a supervisory or crew-lead role preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of solar racking, wiring, and system assembly.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and electrical diagrams.
- OSHA-10 or OSHA-30 certification is advantageous.
