As Concession District Manager for Boggi Milano within Bloomingdale’s (East Coast & Central) locations , you will play a critical role in strengthening and expanding the brand’s presence across one of North America’s most prestigious luxury retail partners. This is a high-impact leadership position overseeing multiple high-visibility concessions, ensuring exceptional execution of brand standards, operational excellence, and elevated customer experiences that reflect Boggi Milano’s Italian heritage and contemporary sophistication.
You will be responsible for driving commercial performance, developing high-performing teams, and fostering strong partnerships with Bloomingdale’s leadership while acting as a key ambassador of the Boggi Milano brand.
Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers and sales teams across Bloomingdale’s concession locations on the East Coast.
Ensure consistent execution of brand standards , including visual merchandising, store presentation, clienteling, and customer service excellence.
Drive business results through KPI ownership , including sales, conversion, UPT, productivity, and profitability.
Partner closely with Bloomingdale’s store leadership, merchant teams, and personal shopping teams to maximize brand visibility, cross-selling opportunities, and overall performance.
Oversee inventory management, stock accuracy, logistics, and stockroom standards in collaboration with Retail Operations and HQ.
Execute seasonal launches, product storytelling, and comprehensive product training to ensure teams are knowledgeable brand ambassadors.
Champion the use of selling tools, POS systems, CRM, and clienteling technology to enhance the customer journey and drive repeat business.
Conduct regular store visits, audits, and performance reviews to ensure compliance with operational policies and concession standards.
Support recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, and ongoing development of retail teams, ensuring succession planning and talent growth.
Collaborate cross-functionally with HQ, Merchandising, Buying, and Retail Operations on reporting, forecasting, and process improvements.
Maintain flexibility to support business needs, including frequent travel, weekends, holidays, and key retail moments.
What You Bring:
3–5+ years of multi-store retail management experience , within concession or department store environments, with a strong background in retail merchandising.
Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
Proven expertise in the luxury or premium fashion sector , with a deep understanding of elevated service standards and customer expectations.
Proven experience in buying or merchandise planning , with the ability to analyze sales trends, manage open-to-buy, and deliver actionable insights to Buying and Merchandising teams to optimize assortments and drive regional performance.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and people-development skills, with a hands-on coaching mindset.
Strong analytical abilities with demonstrated experience leveraging retail KPIs and metrics to drive results.
Proficiency with POS systems, CRM platforms, inventory tools, and Microsoft Office or similar retail systems.
Agile, adaptable, and solution-oriented, comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving retail environment.
Willingness and ability to travel frequently across the East Coast .
Flexibility to work a retail schedule , including weekends and holidays as needed.
Fluent in English ; additional languages a plus.
A deep appreciation for Italian style, tailoring, craftsmanship, and the Boggi Milano brand DNA .
Job Status: Full time, Exempt
NYC Pay Transparency: This position is salary based: $80,000 - $115,000.
