Parts Coordinator
The Parts Coordinator plays a crucial role in managing both over-the-counter and phone/email parts sales, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient transaction processing. This position is also responsible for the timely and accurate fulfillment of service parts requests, supporting the Stark Equipment division service technicians across assigned business entities and geographic regions. The Parts Coordinator must maintain organized inventory records, coordinate with suppliers, and collaborate closely with service and sales teams to optimize parts availability and contribute to overall operational excellence. This is a full-time regular position requiring strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Work Experience- High School Diploma required
- Two (2) years' experience in Parts and/or Service field required
- Must be highly motivated
- Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced setting
- Operating knowledge of Microsoft office software and working proficiency with handheld devices, such as Smartphones, iPads, etc.
- Generator systems knowledge preferred but not required.
