What this job involves: Join our dynamic maintenance team as a skilled craftsperson who brings expertise and creativity to every project. This mobile technician position offers the perfect blend of technical mastery and variety, where no two days are alike. You'll leverage your multi-trade skills across painting, carpentry, and finishing work while enjoying the freedom of traveling to diverse locations and making a tangible difference in both residential and commercial properties.

Your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Execute high-quality interior and exterior painting projects with precision and attention to detail
• Design and install custom wall coverings that transform spaces
• Master drywall and plaster work, from seamless repairs to complete installations
• Create beautiful tile work and perform expert ceiling and carpet tile replacements
• Apply advanced carpentry skills for both repairs and custom installations
• Take ownership of projects from assessment to completion, including material estimation and workflow planning
• Travel between multiple job sites and navigate diverse work environments from residential to commercial properties
• Adapt proven techniques to meet unique challenges across varied environments while maintaining the highest safety standards
• Work in confined spaces and perform overhead work using ladders and specialized equipment

Desired experience and technical skills:

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent education
• 5+ years of progressive, hands-on experience across multiple trades (painting, carpentry, finishing work)
• Valid driver's license for mobile work requirements
• Proven expertise in painting and paperhanging with demonstrated skills
• Strong foundation in general maintenance and carpentry practices
• Physical capability for dynamic work environments (lifting 10-50 lbs, working on ladders, accessing confined spaces)
• Stamina for active workdays involving standing, walking, bending, and reaching

Preferred:

• Computer proficiency for project documentation and team communication
• Specialized experience in tile installation techniques
• Knowledge of ceiling and carpet tile systems and replacement procedures
• Self-motivated work style with proven ability to excel independently
• Creative problem-solving abilities that help you adapt to unique project requirements
• Experience in material estimation and strategic project planning

Shift/Schedule : 1st Shift/Day Shift/ 2nd Shift

This position does not provide visa sponsorship. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Estimated compensation for this position:

66,560.00 – 74,880.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
