F/T or Per Diem - New RN GRADS Welcome! Able Health Care Service is a leading home care provider that offers Home Health Aide/Personal Care Aide services to patients in need. Our home care workers support and assist patients with carrying out activities of daily living. Able Health Care has been in business for 48 years and highly values and appreciates our clinical team. We are seeking to hire F/T or P/T (Per Diem) RNs to visit patients homes to perform patient assessments and Home Health Aide supervision.
