Are you an RN looking for a new opportunity in a Skilled Nursing facility? Our Lady of Mercy Life Center in Guilderland is looking for a Full-time Night RN Supervisor, Monday-Friday. 11pm - 7am. (No weekends...you have Saturday and Sunday to yourself and minimal holidays!!) .

Are you a new RN thinking long term and wanting to launch your nursing management career? We will train you for this supervisory role!

• Our Lady of Mercy Life Center is a facility divided into four units of 40 residents each, four private rooms and 18 semiprivate rooms.
• We have excellent patient-to-staff ratios...very few other SNFs have ratios as good as ours!
• We offer an environment that promotes advancement of nursing practice.
• Collaborative relationship with physicians.

We strive to maintain the intimacy of a homelike setting. To help foster a sense of community and friendship among the residents, each unit has its own distinctively decorated dining room.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $91,520 - $120,848 per year

Differentials: $4.00/hour overnight weekday differential

Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location
