The Role:
As the PR & Partnerships Manager for AIRE Ancient Baths in New York , you will lead and execute the local Public Relations and B2B strategy across our two iconic locations — Tribeca and Upper East Side — driving brand awareness, visibility, and positioning within one of the world’s most competitive and influential markets.
Acting as the local brand ambassador, this role develops B2B relationships across hospitality, corporate, and tourism sectors while leading PR initiatives and brand activations that drive awareness and engagement. Working closely with global and local teams, the role helps translate brand presence into sustainable commercial growth.
Key Responsibilities:
B2B relationships
Build a B2B for AIRE at the regional level to increase sales in this segment: Hospitality, Corporations, Institutions, Congress centers, etc.
Prospection, development, and management of new B2B accounts.
Managing existing B2B accounts
Lead relationships with relevant hotels, travel industry, incentive agencies, etc.
Sales Administration & KPIs
Management of the sales funnel contacts and report a weekly update about the progress to HQ and Local Management.
Branding & Communication
Be responsible for raising awareness and relevance of the AIRE brand at the local level (be a brand advocate and guardian)
Manage and build corporate and B2C relationships through networking, PR events, and partnerships/sponsorships.
Supervise and ensure the overall brand image standards in the location.
Responsible for the communication of AIRE New York.
Collaborate with the Global Social Media manager to ensure content is aligned with local needs.
Global & Local Alignment
Collaborate with the Global Marketing team to ensure the correct implementation of marketing campaigns at the location.
Supervise and lead the production, promotion, and design of all group and/or event bookings; Lead and manage all sales for group & event initiatives.
Ensure efficient and timely reporting to HQ.
Establish proper communication and liaise with other internal departments to ensure efficient execution of the PR / Marketing campaigns .
Operations & Client Experience
Manage onsite influencers, press, and VIP visits. Assist with customer relations and special VIP booking requests.
Assist with overseeing the on-site client experience journey.
Monitor customer feedback by reporting to the PR & Marketing Coordinator critical feedback received from customer surveys and local online platforms (TripAdvisor).
Who You Are:
4+ years of experience in PR & Marketing roles , with a proven and active network of media contacts, influencers, event organizers, local associations, and B2B stakeholders such as hotels, agencies, and institutions.
A track record of leading brand campaigns at a local level while working within a global or regional structure , ensuring brand alignment and impact.
Familiarity with the luxury, wellness, or high-end hospitality sectors within New York City, with an understanding of how to elevate and protect brand positioning through every detail of the experience.
Hands-on experience in building and managing local B2B partnership s, ideally in the fields of tourism, events, corporate wellness, or premium hospitality.
Previous experience working with HQ or global teams, where you’ve adapted and implemented central brand strategies to fit local market dynamics.
