$105K–$120K salary plus a $15K sign-on bonus
44 days off per year and a rare employer-funded pension
Well-baby focused pediatric visits—no g-tubes
Chart from home with all equipment provided Job Details Provide pediatric home health visits (newborn, pre-term, and developmental populations)
Average of ~5 visits per day, grouped geographically
Field-based role with charting completed from home
Monday–Friday daytime schedule; minimal office time (trainings only)
Full equipment provided, including laptop, phone Requirements
Active RN license with at least 1 year of nursing experience
Pediatric experience strongly preferred
PALS certification (required for the role, not for initial consideration)
Reliable transportation (car or public transit, depending on assignment)
