Position: Registered Nurse (RN)
Job location: Red Hook, NY Residential Group Home (All Male Facility) & Millbrook, NY Residential Group Home (Children) Adolescents to Teens
Hours: Monday to Friday (Multiple Shifts Available: 7:00 am - 4:00 pm, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm)
Pay: $45-50 per hour (practice-Dependent)

Registered Nurse (RN) Qualifications required
» suitable education Current New York State RN license is required.
» practice: Previous practice working with individuals with developmental disabilities or pediatric practice is a plus.

»Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
»Monitoring and assessing the health status of residents, covering any medical concerns promptly.
»Collaborating with the healthcare team to create and implement individualized care plans.
»Providing education and support to residents and their families.
»Maintaining accurate and organized medical records.
