Floor Manager

Pershing Square is an iconic New York City restaurant located just outside Grand Central Terminal. We are known for our classic American cuisine, high-volume service, and timeless atmosphere. We're seeking a motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our leadership team and help ensure exceptional hospitality at every shift.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all front-of-house operations with professionalism and attention to detail
Lead and motivate our FOH team
Ensure smooth service flow and outstanding guest experiences in a fast-paced environment
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hospitality, and service consistency
Address guest concerns promptly and effectively with warmth and poise
Monitor FOH compliance with DOH standards; NYC Food Handler’s Certification preferred
Qualifications
Minimum of 1-2 years of management experience in high-volume, full-service restaurants
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Guest-first mindset and calm under pressure
Proficient with POS and reservation systems
Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
