Job Description

• Provide legal advice and support on energy and infrastructure projects.
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex contracts and agreements.
• Conduct thorough due diligence and legal research for transactions.
• Collaborate with clients to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and laws.
• Assist in structuring and executing project financing deals.
• Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve project goals.
• Stay updated on industry trends and legal developments in the energy and infrastructure sector.
• Provide strategic legal solutions to meet client needs effectively.
