Audit and Accounts Manager
Manage and oversee the organization's audit and accounting functions. Develop testing methodologies to assess the adequacy of controls to safeguard assets and financial reporting integrity. Coordinate, plan, and execute operational and financial audits in line with internal policies and regulatory requirements. Investigate irregularities and determine their root causes. Identify risks, instances of non-compliance, or potential fraud, and implement corrective actions accordingly. Provide actionable recommendations to strengthen processes and mitigate future issues. Maintain comprehensive documentation and report key findings to management. Leverage technology to automate routine tasks and enhance data analytics capabilities.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting (or foreign equivalent) and 24 months of experience as Auditor.
Salary: $73,070.00/year
