170. Vice President, Asset Based Lending (New York)

Our client is a newly launched private credit investment fund affiliated with a global alternative investment manager. The platform offers differentiated access to private credit ABL, and opportunistic ABL credit solutions. With their growing capital base, our client is expanding their investment team. Our client needs an experienced and entrepreneurial Vice President to play a key role in the execution of asset-based investment opportunities (ABL, FILO, stretch ABL, asset acquisitions). The Vice President will underwrite and execute regular way and complex asset-based investments, including diligence, financial modeling, term sheet negotiation, and documentation, and ongoing portfolio management. Candidates should have 5-8 years of direct experience in underwriting and executing asset based lending solutions. Candidates with additional experience in restructuring is a plus. The Vice President will work directly with borrowers, intermediaries and corporates/sponsors as well as collaborate with internal teams. Candidates must demonstrate familiarity with legal documentation and intercreditor dynamics in ABL deals. The role requires an individual with strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with clients and coworkers. The Vice President should be able to thrive in a fast paced, collaborative environment. Salary: $200,000-$275,000 + bonus . This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
