Senior Product Manager
Our client, a creativity-focused startup, are hiring a Senior Product Manager to join the team in New York. The successful candidate will own major product decisions end-to-end, including roadmap prioritization, marketplace design, incentive structures and governance systems that balance openness with quality at scale.
Responsibilities
Lead the ecosystem product strategy across marketplace, APIs and collaboration.
Design and scale two-sided marketplace dynamics, including supply, demand and incentive structures.
Define pricing approaches, credit/usage models and overall platform economics.
Develop governance systems covering quality control, review workflows and moderation.
Partner closely with Engineering, Design and Go-to-Market to deliver platform capabilities.
Turn ambiguous platform opportunities into clear, actionable product roadmaps.
Establish success metrics and track ecosystem growth and health.
Represent the platform vision across leadership and the wider organization.
Skillset
Minimum of 5 years of Product Management experience.
At least 2+ years working on marketplaces, platforms or API products.
Experience building or scaling a creator economy or two-sided marketplace.
Strong understanding of incentive design and usage-based or credit-based pricing models.
Experience with app ecosystems, review systems or moderation workflows.
Technical fluency across APIs, authentication, rate limiting and developer experience.
Strong ability to operate in ambiguity and translate ideas into shipped products.
Background in AI-native products or creative tools is a plus.
