Property Maintenance Manager

As a Property Maintenance Manager, you will play a key leadership role overseeing the daily operations of the property maintenance division. Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage multiple property maintenance crews to ensure high-quality service and operational efficiency.
- Plan and schedule daily routes, assign work orders, and coordinate labor and equipment resources.
- Conduct regular property inspections to maintain quality control standards across all accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial and residential clients to ensure satisfaction.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate crew leaders and maintenance staff to support professional development.
- Ensure compliance with company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
- Oversee the maintenance, repair, and utilization of vehicles, trailers, and equipment.
- Monitor labor hours, materials, and project costs to achieve operational goals and budgets.
- Assist with snow and ice management operations during the winter season, including storm response and crew coordination.
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies.
- Support recruiting, onboarding, and workforce development initiatives within the maintenance division.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in landscape maintenance, property maintenance, facilities management, or a related field.
- Supervisory or management experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance practices, equipment operation, and property care standards.
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to lift 50-75 lbs. and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Knowledge of pesticides, turf management, irrigation systems, and snow management operations is a plus.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
Compensation
The salary range for this position is $65,000–$80,000 annually , depending on experience, qualifications, and industry certifications. Performance-based bonus opportunities may be available.
